There’s a quiet power in believing that your life can change. That your reality isn’t fixed. It’s never too late to reimagine everything: your purpose, your relationships, your career, your future.

Manifestation – The Power of the Mind
What if there were a way that we could unlock energy by positive thinking? The art of manifestation has captivated a belief that we can attract or manifest an ideal through focusing thoughts, intentions and actions.
Manifestation stands as a beacon of possibility to shape our destinies through daily practices. How you treat your life and approach life is the essence of manifestation. The power of your mind to change and create reality. True manifestation isn’t about wishing. It’s about becoming.
Manifestation is not magic; it’s self trust

There are tangible steps that we can take to help bring our goals to life. It’s romantic to dream, but manifestation requires structure. Your brain is wired to notice what you tell it to focus on, and you can train your mind to look for possibilities and opportunities, focusing on your intentions.
Those who teach or practice manifestation suggest focusing on your goals or creating a vision plan. Being specific is important. It’s not good enough to just think I want to live in a beautiful house, or I want to be with the perfect partner of my dreams. The goals we create need to be visualised either in pictorial form or in our mind. Can you imagine what the house looks like as you walk through? Are there flowers on the hall table, French doors opening onto an English garden? Can you smell the jasmine hanging from the veranda? These are goals to give us a determined thought process that we can actively work towards. You can then ask yourself: what’s one small thing I can do today to move in that direction? Priming your subconscious to create small habits to help grow into that situation.

We need positive affirmations every day.
The impact of projecting positivity cannot be overstated and can have a profound impact on the energy you receive. When you make space every day to acknowledge what’s already beautiful in your life, whether it’s your morning walk with the dogs, working out on a resilient body, or the people who love you, that can shift your energy from lack to abundance. Practising gratitude every day helps move your attention away from worries and negative thoughts and increases a more positive outlook on life, and leads to a sense of calm.
Try this: each evening, jot down three things that went well that day. Noticing the good thoughts and situations that you can be grateful.
These negative thoughts can become a cage if left unchallenged. Fear and doubt often show up as a whisper: you’re too late, too old, too tired, and question your mind about how you can even imagine you could do something. If you sense some unresolved situations stop you from moving forward, you’ll need to work on these old stories from defining your possibilities.
A Commitment to Healing
Healing is a sacred part of manifestation. All too often, we carry around wounds, conflicts and regrets that haven’t been resolved or settled for many years. They subconsciously influence what you believe you’re worthy of, block the development of relationships and fill your mind with negative thoughts. Whether through therapy, journaling, stillness or exercise, these thoughts can be healed.
Whilst it requires an acceptance that the past cannot be changed, we can learn from the knowledge. Manifestation is also about clarity on how you want to align with your future self. How does this version of me have the life I want to live? What can I gain from past experiences? Can a regret be turned into a positive understanding of what we need or want from a situation, a relationship, a career and channel those thoughts into a positive outcome for our future self? We can understand our boundaries and take care of ourselves not just physically but mentally so that we say no to what drains us and take positive steps towards what we know will make us a better self.
This is a moment to reflect and consider if you are spending too much time in situations that leave you feeling unseen or small. Your intuition already knows what needs to shift. Are you struggling with bad diet choices that are affecting your health? Is your career aligned with your purpose? Or do you feel that any of your relationships are bordering on toxic and serve no purpose?

Equally, you cannot physically bring something new into your life while clinging to what no longer serves you. Physical clutter is emotional weight. There is something so cathartic from clearing out your wardrobe, your inbox and even your habits. Letting go of anything that feels stale gives the universe signals that you are ready for more.
Who drains you? Recognise who leaves you feeling worse or in doubt after you’ve spent time with them? Energy is contagious. Evaluating and, when necessary, severing ties with toxic relationships becomes a crucial step toward maintaining a positive mindset.
“To attract what we desire, we must learn to let go of what no longer serves us, so that we can create space for it to enter our lives” Roxie Nafousi
Surrounding yourself with people who remind you of your worth, who see your magic and want you to grow into the best version of yourself is so important. Prioritising time with people who love you builds your trust in your own self. Because you begin to feel worthy of such positive affirmations, you begin to treat yourself well. Then you start to attract that energy. Self-love is not indulgent, it’s foundational. An anxious mind makes it hard to manifest and the importance of practising daily deep breathing or guided meditation can help tune your mind to become calm but powerful.
This renewed confidence will also allow you to take risks; to say yes to opportunities and recover from failings. Confidence is built by keeping the small promises you make to yourself. Drinking more water, taking daily walks, applying for that job, speaking up. Confidence is not the absence of fear; it’s your willingness to act despite it.

Breathe deeply. Be quiet. Your answers lie in stillness.
Training your mind to look for possibilities and opportunities is not being unrealistic, but intentional. Whilst writing out your career dreams, your desired relationships and your lifestyle upgrades, remember to take time to look back and realise how far you have come. What you have already overcome. Your achievements, however big or small, are a testament to the progress you have made in life. Celebrate you for now.
The future you is in your power to achieve. Letting go of limitations, listening to your inner wisdom and deciding day by day to become the women your future self will be proud of.
You already have the power. You always have.
